Then it changed to 15, 17, 19, 20, and now 21. Nothing arrived. Now they ask me to wait 5 business days after Jan 17, even though Jan 17 was never shown on the order page. The delivery date shown when I ordered was Jan 13. This keeps customers stuck in a loop of waiting and frustration. I can’t get a refund and escalation does nothing. Very stressful and disappointing experience. Not recommended at all.

Was unable to reach the store by phone to address the issue, and their toll free phone line for national office booted me off twice for reasons unknown. Their website "chat" only appears to deal with issues related to web orders. Zero out of 10. Be very very careful in your dealings.
