We have visited Best Buy multiple times, and most of the time we were assisted by Iryna. She is extremely polite, friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. We have purchased different types of electronics, and she truly understands every product she works with. Iryna is very informative and always guides us in the best way — whether it’s about product specifications, pricing, delivery options, or financing plans. It is always a pleasure to deal with her, and we would love for you to recognize her as an outstanding employee. We have also interacted with other staff members, and overall, the entire team has been friendly and willing to help. We sincerely recommend your store — and especially Iryna — to all our friends.

had a very disappointing experience at the Best Buy Moncton location. I approached the Customer Service desk for help, and the customer team lead on duty, Iryna, was extremely unprofessional and dismissive. Instead of assisting me in finding what I needed or assigning someone to help, she was rude and made no effort to help. I ended up leaving the store without the product I came for. This level of customer service is unacceptable. Best Buy needs to ensure that staff—especially those in management positions—are trained to treat customers with respect and provide proper assistance. I hope the company takes this feedback seriously, because experiences like this make customers think twice before returning.

Went to return a hard drive that i paid 120 dollars for that was never used or opened. They would not refund me because the box had a tiny tear in it ( pretty sure the tear was there when i bought it). Asked for the manager and she was very rude. I went to best buy in dieppe and they had no problems giving me a refund.

This is the 3rd time i come to this store and everytime there would be someone that annoy me. If it wasn’t because this is the only best buy in this city, i'd have stopped coming here. You guys should train you employees. The 1st and 2nd time which happened around 2 or 3 months ago, each time with a different employee. They didn't seem to know where things located, they took me on a walk around the whole store before they found my item. They even acted impatiently with me just because they couldn't do their job. How is that my fault? Then, they acted over enthusiastic and talked too much (about things i literally don't care, it's non relevant to what i was there for) that they didn't notice they scanned my item twice. If i haven't caught it, i would have paid double for my items. Are they really that stupid? They couldn't see the odd in the price? And today, i came in to get the kindle colorsoft. Before i came in, i checked on the website already to make sure you guys have it in store. The employee again took a while to find it, but ok i understand that. But what happened is when she found it and brought it to me, she didn't want to let me see if it's the right one that i'm looking for. When i reached for it, she hold the kindle tightly like she was afraid i'm gonna break it. I asked her if i can take a look to see if it's the right one, she hesitated, then gave it to me but then quickly took it back like she was afraid i was gonna steal it and bolted through the door or something. What kind of attitude is that?! Then i need the case, i already checked on the website so i know you guys have it, and i know she know it too cause i could see she checked it on her phone. But after doing a poor job poking around the case shelf in front, she had the audacity to say "we don't have it". I asked her maybe you guys have it in the storage and she said no. I had to find another employee for help and that woman helped me located the case in the storage and brought it to me. Don't do this job if you don’t have the patience. Don't you want to make sales? Why are people so lazy?

The store has been under renovations for a little while now, but on my trip in today there was very little signage, pricing, or product on shelves. The new layout is horrendous and confusing, and visually unappealing. It feels more like an outlet warehouse and less like the high-quality electronic store they were previously. Not only this, but the lack of transparency when it came to preorders as well as finance policy changes are frustrating to say the least. This was my go-to tech spot for many years, but they have made themselves obsolete at a brick and mortar store with these changes and constant direction to go to their online store. Walked out without making my $400 purchase and will be taking my money elsewhere.
