  I just walked out moments ago without buying the phone I came in for. I stood waiting for 20 minutes, the employees were with another customer, but did not even acknowledge me. The customer ahead of me walked out, and the one ahead of her had been waiting 2 hours for them to install a screen protector. Other workers standing around chatting. Unacceptable.

  I want say that my experience buying a new iPhone 17e was a pleasant one . I would like thank Bahareh once again :) She was very professional, pleasant, smart , confident and overall a bright individual. A great employee:) 🍀

  Clearly no one knows anything here. Got floor model appliances a month ago, no one contacted us about delivery time or dates. Went in two separate occasions for “update” and no one could get a hold of anyone. Managers didn’t know. Delivery didn’t know. Our appliances didn’t know. We didn’t know. Still don’t know where or what happened. No one knows! Lame Also, the owner responds to “contact us” however there is NO direct phone number for the store, for the department, for any individual and how can a computer chat group know my issues? We sadly liked the incredible deal on the appliances and you have so casually be just ok to refund us the $3000. Without a word on where these appliances are!

  Je suis très déçu par mon expérience chez Best Buy. Je me suis rendu en magasin pour acheter un iPhone, mais il n’y avait aucun employé capable de communiquer en français. Pourtant, il y avait plus de 30 employés présents, tous parlant uniquement anglais. Sachant que la province du Nouveau-Brunswick est officiellement bilingue, je trouve inacceptable de ne pas pouvoir être servi en français. En tant que client francophone, j’estime que j’ai le droit de recevoir un service dans ma langue. Cette situation reflète un manque de considération envers la clientèle francophone. J’espère que des améliorations seront apportées afin de mieux respecter le caractère bilingue de la province. Service très décevant.

  There were no staff members present we almost ended walking away but then we found one. We inquired about purchasing a gadget, the salesperson scanned the item using a QR code and informed us that only two colors are available. I express my interest for the color grey, but the salesperson responded that they did not have color grey in stock. Then I asked again about the available colors, and the salesperson stated that they only have color grey and silver available, the gadget only have three colors in the market grey,silver and red. This caused some confusion, so I decided to go with silver. However, when I got to the car with my new gadget, I was shocked to discover that the staff had given me the color grey. I suggest that if they are unsure about the colors they should consult their coworkers. This experience was quite frustrating and the staff are not approachable.
