- CLChristian LagaceDec 31, 20251.0I ordered a camera and 2 lens combo pack special online from boxing day and when it was delivered without the second lens i whent to the store to find resolution. They had the second lens in their locked display without the camera and would not let me have it or refund the camera i had received without the second lens. The floor clerk tried to tell the supervisor and manager i was right but they kept saying its the monctons store problem and would not help. Both the supervisor and manager started by telling me my camera only came with 1 lens and refused to look at the receipt or the online description that stated it came with 2. They refused to look at the shipping box with shipping label still attached proving the lens could not have fit. I payed 750$ for a camera combo pack but left with only the camera and police threats. They dont care about the customer and do not try to resolve issues terrible store and terrible manager. Ive bought at a dozen best buy stores across the country while i was moved around with the canadian forces and always had great service. The fredericton store is by far the worst and the manager does not value customer service after purchase Happy new year

They said this is not our responsability no refund, no resolution. this is the worst customer service experince I have ever receive, people are arrogant and do not care about the people spending their money in this establishment. Our item was lost by their delivery company and not I need to resolve with my bank to get my money back becuase I see that they will not do anything to solve their bad business. I should have read the reviews before purhasing here I see it is really bad.
