- BBBradMar 4, 20261.0Horrible service for veterans, they sell medical devices online but cannot give a quote so I can get authorization to purchase it. No one willing to assist, just regurgitate policies. Avoid best buy is my recommendation. Sorry nothing we can do yes there is its called help, and assist the customer not chase them away. Worst and last time trying to buy from best buy, stay away.

After 2 years-Feb 2026, I went to trade-in for a hp laptop. One key of the keyboard fell out, they did not accept it. The guy named Darius said “it worthed nothing”. Should never consider trade-in option.
- TGTroy GreenwoodFeb 5, 20261.0This is more for their junk insignia products than the store itself. Maybe they're to blame also for carrying garbage appliances?! I bought an insignia wash machine here February 2nd last year (2025). It leaked and flooded my laundry room February 3rd this year. I took my receipt in on February 4th and they told me I had to go through insignia. I called the customer service and started the warranty process, but was stopped when they found the date being 2 days over. They said there's nothing they can do and wouldn't let me talk to a manager either. A product that dies on its warranty anniversary is quite literally a piece of junk I will never buy an insignia product again and I will NEVER buy from this store ever again for the lack of compassion backing their products. I'll be sure to pass this on to anyone and everyone who brings this up in conversation. Word of mouth can be a pretty powerful thing. I sincerely hope Costco crushes your business and the garbage products that you DON'T stand behind. Costco offers a way better deal backed by a 6yr warranty that costs a fraction of your insanely overpriced warranties! Best Buy? = WORST purchase! I don't like leaving bad reviews (check mine 99% good) but I've been screwed over here and want people to know!!!
