- AAAmanda ArbeauMar 20, 20261.0I went to this location 4 days ago to purchase a new iPad case for my mother who was hospitalized at the time. The woman who “helped” me was so disinterested in helping me find something suitable and tried to sell me a case that cost over $100 without asking me what my budget was or showing me any other cases. I was able to find one at less than half the price on my own which I don’t think she liked. Also, yesterday I went in looking for a new laptop for myself. I could not find an associate to help me and when I finally did, he said most of the laptops were out of stock and didn’t even show me any options. His exact words were “whichever one you pick, the answer is most likely no.” I ended up going to a competitor and they were more than willing to find me something suitable for me. Do not shop here. Walmart and Costco have a much better selection and their associates are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.

No one willing to assist, just regurgitate policies. Avoid best buy is my recommendation. Sorry nothing we can do yes there is its called help, and assist the customer not chase them away. Worst and last time trying to buy from best buy, stay away.

After 2 years-Feb 2026, I went to trade-in for a hp laptop. One key of the keyboard fell out, they did not accept it. The guy named Darius said “it worthed nothing”. Should never consider trade-in option.
