  Worst experience ever staff was rude and full of crap they had no idea what they were talking about and sold me the wrong item and refunded to take responsibility never going here again and nether should anyone else.

  The reason for the two stars is because there is no one who will pick up the phone at the local store anymore. When you live almost an hour away and you need to contact somebody they route you to a call center. It’s really unfortunate because the people that work there are great, but Best Buy has lost my business going forward. They have lost how to be personable with their customers and no longer have true customer support.

  I am sorry I do not remember the name of the geek squad guy that helped me for my 10:40 appointment on Feb 4th. He was wonderful!!! Great at helping and very understanding of my 3 year old's energy. He could not fix the problem. I hope a supervisor of his see this because he was so helpful.

  Had to pick up three items. Their staff quickly helped me find all three. I was quickly in and out in less than 10 minutes!

  Great service at Best Buy seems to be s thing of the past. Could not find anyone to help on the floor. Scanned a QR code from website to get an item (I was not logged in). Lady at counter said what's your phone #, I asked how it would know my number, she said you ordered on app, I said no. Showed her the screen, was told to wait, and it would come up on my number. Some time later I saw item make it to register, luckily I did not get the same lady.
