Service agent promised a guaranteed replacement if there were any issues, he never stated that the tv needed to be hauled upright, and also never helped load. Tv was damaged upon opening. This was not noticed until the tv was turned on, and streaks appeared on screen, that the chipping in the corner was apparent. Best buy refused to to send a service agent to repair or replace the tv.
