    I had a very frustrating experience trying to get my phone repaired at Best Buy. I was turned away twice, even after scheduling an appointment a week out. I showed up early for my appointment, only to be told they couldn’t help me. After multiple attempts and a significant amount of wasted time, my issue was never resolved. I ended up going to another repair shop, where the process was handled professionally and my phone was fixed without issue. I understand that delays and scheduling problems can happen, but being turned away multiple times—especially with an appointment—is unacceptable. I hope they improve their scheduling and customer service, because this experience was disappointing.

    Geek squad is lazy and refused to fix my device. They had me sit there on the phone with apple instead. Extremely unhelpful and lazy. I went to allied computing downtown and they are fixing it no problem. Avoid this best buy, save yourself a headache, and just go to allied computing.

    My husband and I wandered the store looking for a specific item for about twenty minutes. There were about 4 other customers in the store at that time. Never approached by the 5 or 6 associates who walked by. We ended up googling the item to order for delivery, from Best Buy. 🙄

    This store has still not returned my property. It has been over a month since I brought my iPhone to the Geek Squad location in Kalispell. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue—seven visits to the store, numerous calls to corporate, and communication with the third-party repair service in Jeffersonville, Indiana—there has been no successful outcome. The third-party service has not provided tracking information, and there has been no communication from them since the 27th of the month. I am extremely disappointed by the lack of responsiveness and professionalism exhibited by the store and its associated services. I have not received my iPhone or a suitable replacement, despite the considerable time and effort I have invested. This experience is the worst I have encountered with any retailer, and I am appalled. The persistent avoidance, inadequate service, and failure to resolve the issue have caused significant frustration. Given the loss of approximately two thousand dollars worth of electronics and the store's refusal to take responsibility, I am considering legal action. I strongly advise against utilizing this store for repairs, as their process involves shipping devices without assurances of return. Their lack of accountability warrants serious scrutiny. Warning DO NOT COME HERE for repairs!

    I am beyond frustrated with my experience at the Kalispell Best Buy. On March 16th, I was instructed by AppleCare to take my damaged phone to this location for a replacement. Geek Squad assessed it as catastrophic damage and told me it would be replaced. Instead, they shipped it to a third-party repair hub, which I later discovered was not Apple. Since March 20th, I have been left in the dark—no updates, no accountability. I’ve escalated twice, waited beyond the promised timelines, and still, no solution. Best Buy is shirking responsibility, while Apple has no record of the repair progress. A month without my phone is unacceptable. I am now forced to consider legal action. I urge corporate to intervene immediately—this negligence is intolerable.
