  I have issues with my new phone and service but Everytime I go to the store, no one is there. The door is locked. Are you closing this store?

  Horrible just horrible my dad has been a loyal customer to them for years. They lack recently in their customer service. Lied about the bill, plus local store constantly closed- especially when payments are due- then they hit you will reactivating fee because he couldn’t get payment in until the next day. TOTAL SCAM IN OUR VIEW We are taking him elsewhere- YOU LOST A GOOD CUSTOMER - but you don’t care
