  My service through cricket has not been working for a few days so i went into the store on 10th. The lady at the counter didnt do anything woth phone, she didnt restart it, test it or look at it. She clicked on settings and set it back down and didnt touch it again. She told me that all of the customers were having issues with their service and the only two options were to wait and in a few hours it'd be fixed. The other option was to buy a whole brand new phone. My phone is not old, its only two years old. I told her im not buying a new phone, this one is not that old. She started to get a attitude and became very short and very clearly wanted me to leave when i said im not buying a new phone. She also told me that pretty much everyone else with the issue just bought a new phone.i told her that if everyone else is having the same issue as me and their only solution was to buy a brand new phone that sounds like a scam, obviously its not the phones its the carrier. She didnt like that. I explained again to her that the issue had been going on for a few days and what i had done to try to fix it. She told me to call customer service. I had to ask her to write the number down because my phone service wasnt working. She told me that if i connected my phone to the Internet my texting and calling would work. I did that and it did not work. So i used another phone and called customer service. They trouble shooted my phone and told me my cellphone thats only two years old is broken and their service is working. They also told me to just buy a new phone. This cellphone i originally bought from T-Mobile. So i went to T-Mobile to have them confirm the cellphone its self was broken. Well turns out cricket is wrong and lied to many customers today because my phone is working, no new phone purchase necessary, i changed my carrier to T-Mobile and my phone has been working great and no one tried to force me to buy a new cellphone. Im writing this review on the phone cricket tried to make me replace and said was broken. To all those that did buy a new phone today because that was the only other option then wait and see, you probably got scammed and should have gotten the confirmation from someone else that the phone was actually broken.
