It was a problem that another verizon store created and basically said there is nothing they can do. The guys from this store were the only store that actually did everything they could to help. Called managers, called the support center, showed empathy about what situation I had been put in in the first place and apologized that it had happened. Errors happen and we are all human, the other 2 locations couldn't care less, these guys actually just showed that they cared and tried to help. To the team here, thanks you were awesome!
