- AAaubsishSep 30, 20231.0Would give 0 stars if possible! 😡 Misleading runaround for nothing! Made me waste gasoline to get there & my time by telling me they couldn’t do the service that I made an appointment over the phone for when I arrived(early) for my appointment. Then, “customer service “ lady passed me off to Apple Sales rep who couldn’t help me either and blamed corporate for misleading me and told me to call and request a gift card for my troubles. I could tell, immediately, that the lady who initially made my appointment was local/not corporate! Very bad runaround experience with misleading employees who wasted my time and gas!
