  Went in to get a new case for my phone..... They didn't have it.... The gentlemen that helped me was pleasant and friendly. Ended up going to the mall kiosk to get why I needed.

  Elizabeth is such a great employee. She served me with such respect and care. I appreciate good customer service and this gal served well. I wish more people were like her! I hope one day she will be in a management position and training others to be like her. Thank you Elizabeth for a great experience!

  Lazy employees geek squad again I took my iPhone over there but this time my daughter’s phone and they turned me away, refusing to fix my device unsatisfied with this location. My third time they turned me away. and I was willing to pay out of my pocket need better employees.

  I would just like to give a shout out to Joe and Gloria!!! Joe was super helpful answering our questions on the floor and Gloria did an EXCELLENT job checking us out, sharing important information with us about our plan and patiently answering all of our questions. Gloria was friendly, kind, informative and just super positive to interact with! What GREAT people at the Billings MT store!!!

  Sometimes the worst happens to our technology. My iPhone 17 Pro suffered a disastrous screen malfunction. My p iPhone became neutralize rather quickly. I started looking at some options, and was referred here by my insurance. Josh, the supervisor was helpful and very genuine. At first, he told me he couldn't assist me. He later directed me to the geek squad lady! Her & coworker hair is awesome! His team saved me a trip to Denver or Salt Lake City. I was ready to fly out immediately. They had very good vibes. The lady at the geek squad was very pleasant and reassured me of my issues. While the problem wasn't fixed, I commend the Geek Squad for all their efforts. In the end, if I need help again I'll come here first. Also, it great to see floor teams helping anyone and anybody. This is a great store, ran by some amazing folks! I'll be back
