  Drove 45 min to get a new SIM card. Got there and they had the door locked at 6:30 even though the sign on the door said they were open until 7. They were just sitting in the back room ignoring me as I knocked on the door.

  Been with them for years but the suck a customer service, and charge too much for unlimited. Especially when another company is 30$ for unlimited a month. So why pay more for less
