For some reason I have been lied to anywhere from me asking what my total bill is for the month and pay for the little amount then find out I actually owed more on top of don't pay off your device yet wait till the last day in three years while only owing 37.00. then checked my bill balance and yep they didn't tell me I owed 100 dollars more. And then my bill kept rising for who knows why cause they refuse to tell me instead they say they didn't know. They talked me into a Hotspot device and said that I get unlimited hotspot and it doesn't run out ever just to find out that I'm paying extra for the 130 I already pay for. I returned the box the next day and I told them why and they said oh yeah we know it really is a waste of money. And I had to pay back return and also now for almost two weeks I literally have to keep restarting my tablet just to hopefully get connection. Customer service can't help either. This is a scam if anything. I now am thinking about a different company. And it's useless to watch any of the bundles I ordered because hotspot runs out and also slows down my connection because hotspot runs out after three movies. What a waste.
