After verifying on the verizion website "Items bought at a Verizon store, on verizon.com or with our Customer Service can be turned in at a Verizon store." I wanted to turn them into the store because I have multiple phone on my plan and my son brought his phone to a store in Hattiesburg. The only information the rep at the store could give me was the same information I was already aware of. To me it was useless information, I was told to print out a form and mail the phones in. Normally i would, but because I have multiple phones in different cities on my plan and one of the phones has already been turned in by my son in a different city. I was trying to get this one task finished. Now I will have to go to a different store to turn in my devices. Rep on duty did not seem knowledgeable
