  Don't try to call them to talk to someone. They have started using an AI assistant that no matter what you say will ultimately hang up.

  I brought my Beats Studio Pro headphones to this Geek Squad location for help with a warranty issue (white noise in the left ear when using noise cancellation). The technician quickly pointed to some white debris along the seam and told my wife it was “corrosion,” that Apple wouldn’t cover it, and that I’d be better off buying a new pair. The headphones have barely been used and have always been stored in their case, so that explanation didn’t sit right with us. I contacted Apple Support directly instead. Apple evaluated the headphones and replaced the entire unit under warranty the same day. It’s frustrating that the issue was dismissed so quickly and that the advice given was essentially to replace a several-hundred-dollar product instead of helping pursue the warranty service that clearly applied. Customers should be able to trust the information they’re given when they come in for help. Attached is the “corrosion”

  Paid $193 for a 1-year warranty with Geek Squad to have my laptop fixed (it had a corrupted OS). Geek Squad said it would take 2-3 days to have it fixed, and though it did take two days, nothing was actually fixed. My OS is still corrupted despite them stating they've solved the issue and I'm out $193. Do not recommend for any sort of technical issues.

  Good people from my experience. If you do everything right everything will go right. Scheduled an appointment online and an advisor reached out to me to tell me they had the part readily available same day. They had the repair done in a little over 2 hours and although that was a long wait they did it right no questions asked. If I need warranty work done again next time for my phone I know who to choose next time. Thanks!
