However one of the phones was shipped to the wrong address so it was a bit of a task getting it sent to the right place. I'm giving 5 Stars however because it was no fault of this store but rather FedEx who sent it to the wrong place. The store worked with us to get it where it belonged and then on my customer service helped us get it set up how it should be.

The reviews are universally very poor and managements response just gave lip service to the issues with no commitment of any substance to resolve and bordered on being silly. These reviews echoed the experience I’ve had with Verizon for years at other stores. I had hoped Tupelo was different but it apparently it is not. I would’ve changed service years ago But the other options seem to be no better than Verizon.

Then when you go in a store for help nine times out of ten they’re going to tell you to call a number that you can still even barely ever get someone on…. But other then that yeah good in store customer service but yeah thanks for reading so happy to relieve that ☺️
