- JKJosh KlarkMar 1, 20251.0Paid $193 for a 1-year warranty with Geek Squad to have my laptop fixed (it had a corrupted OS). Geek Squad said it would take 2-3 days to have it fixed, and though it did take two days, nothing was actually fixed. My OS is still corrupted despite them stating they've solved the issue and I'm out $193. Do not recommend for any sort of technical issues.

Scheduled an appointment online and an advisor reached out to me to tell me they had the part readily available same day. They had the repair done in a little over 2 hours and although that was a long wait they did it right no questions asked. If I need warranty work done again next time for my phone I know who to choose next time. Thanks!

Was told their techs didn't have time to talk to me and they called a salesman over to sell me another device. I knew it was out of warranty and was willing to pay for the service but apparently Best Buy is not interested in assisting someone PAST the manufacture's warranty
