We were told that the salesman ordered the wrong cord. The delivery was rescheduled for Friday from 6a-7p. I called several times to confirm delivery and reassured it would be delivered. No one showed up. The lack of concern from Best Buy has been been very frustrating. I paid for a product along with delivery and keep getting the runaround with now a delivery of the 20th. I requested to pickup the product and now told that it is no longer available until the 20th…..a product that I purchased on the 2nd was sold to someone else! This is the worst experience ever! Best Buy how could you?????
