    My fiance and I went to Best Buy in Tupelo Ms to purchase a Samsung voice remote but they did not have any in stock, general manager Buck looked in a basket full of used remotes and found 1 white Samsung voice remote and told us if there were any it we can have it!!!! Thanks Buck!!!

    WOW! Just bought an IPhone 16 from here and boy was it an EASY AND QUICK process?!?!? Lucas made the ENTIRE experience quick and efficient. If you’re buying ANYTHING from this Best Buy make sure you ask for Lucas even if you don’t need any help just stop by to say “Hi” he was AWESOME!! All around good guy!! I will definitely be back soon!

    My experience with this store I was highly disappointed. I came in this morning wanted to purchase a computer I waited and waited. I seen someone (a lady ) come out the office and I spoke to her her “excuse me miss excuse me “ she didn’t stop didn’t say I will get you some help or anything of the such. So I went to the lady at the register told her she than told me that “ aww she doesn’t deal with the customer nor talk to them at all. I said well she could at least said that instead of walking off like she didn’t hear me. so i waited again no one came. So, i left! No matter what department you work in great customer service starts at the point when the customer enter into establishment. Very dissatisfied this morning. Your first expression will be your last
