  Asked twice for assistance with appliances was ready to select 3 items waited close to 30 minutes total and no one ever came to assist so I left

  Sempre que vou aos EUA faço uma parada obrigatória na Best Buy. Desta vez nao foi diferente, mas fiquei frustrado pelo que encontrei. Uma loja com poucas opções, muitos produtos faltando e desorganização. O atendimento foi bom e receptivo, mas percebi faltar conhecimento técnico dos vendedores para ajudarem na escolha ou opções de produtos.

  Do not use Geek squad for any repairs. I took my computer to get it serviced on January 30th, she said it will take up to 2 weeks, I was ok with that. I got a message the same day that my computer item was in transit. No more updates from the on. I called yesterday to get an update and Sergio said that it had arrived back at the store. I go in today to see it its ready. The lady at the geek squad, blonde hair and glasses said it was in transit, I told her I was told it was here and she said she doesn’t know why he said that. I asked if she can track where its at, she says it is showing its in transit still. She stated she can check on it later but couldn’t right at the moment because it was going go take a while. I asked her what was the tracking number and she said they don’t get a tracking number, which we all know you do when you ship off items. I asked to speak to a manager and she was said ok, but that she was going to tell me the same thing she is telling me. Guess what, my computer was never sent off, it was sitting in the back the whole time. Thankfully I got it back, please do not use them.

  Do NOT order online from Best Buy. We ordered 4 items from the Southaven location on 02/02. It was supposed to be delivered 02/03. Since 02/03, their system says either "it will be delivered today," "it is waiting pickup for delivery," or "delivery canceled due to expire delivery date." We have spent 2 hours on the phone trying to cancel the order. At this point, Best Buy is holding our money, refusing to issue a refund or cancel the order, and has now told us we MUST wait until 02/23 for them to deliver it. This is theft! They CANNOT provide our items and they WILL NOT issue a refund!!

  Normally we NEVER get assistance at this location but a female employee came from nowhere staying that we can't open the boxes, I rep6 that the box was already open( it could be verified by looking at the camera) someone sent her to us for that reason because I heard her reply on the walkie that she's over here ( where we were) she did assist us in the end and we got the perfect microwave at at a low price.
