  My overall experience at the Richland, Ms. Location with Shanna and Madeleine was one I could not describe without it possibly sounding bitter. I visited this location for the first time to add a second line to my account after being with Cricket for 12 years with only one line and my experience was not pleasant. I remained polite during the visit although the staff that I encountered did not appear to be as knowledgeable about the features and plans as they lead on (the plan and features I added as a second line the day of services were (unknowingly to me) "pending" for SIX days due to the staff mishandling the sale which I did not know about until I actually tried to use the features and ended up calling 611 for support). Shanna (brown skin with dreadlocks) who claimed to be the General Manager of the Richland, Ms. Location when I asked to speak to the store manager to make a complaint regarding the services received prior, misinformation given to me on the day of service, having customer service representatives and a store lead at another location to CORRECT the plan, features added and purchase made the day of service at the Richland location she (Shanna) was very dismissive, did not take accountability for the services and experience she provided the day of services, she deflected so much when I sought answers for the misinformation given to me on the day of services to the point I went elsewhere for resolution. Madeleine appeared new/fresh out of training or something and did not appear to know much about what was asked during the services (Bless her heart), yet I gave grace to both her and Shanna. I am leaving this honest review to wash my hands with a situation that never did get resolved at this location and needed to be addressed one way or the other. This was my experience at this location on December 10, 2025 and hopefully you have a better experience than I did when visiting this location! I am now prepared to put this experience behind me and enter the new year with this off my chest! Have a safe and honest New Year!

  Maddy and Gia helped me so much. It took 2 to 3 hours to fix my phone. They didn't hesitate. They need a raise. Thank you ladies.
