That evening I headed to the Verizon Authorized Store in Oxford, MS to see what and why my ( SIM CARD ) went out. I have been a Verizon customer for 5yrs plus but for 3 years I’ve been on my own line paying $121 @ month. When I say Sharon Jones Anderson went above and beyond to help me not just with my ( SIM CARD) but she got my bill lowered as well!! I am so thankful for her!! She really takes care of her customers!!! If you have any questions or concerns about your phone or phone service she is the PLUG!!!

The girl creating the account messed up the number transfer so that I have an account with just his number and phone. Verizon opened a ticket number and said come back Monday. Now I don’t have a phone that works. I bundled home internet and was told I would only have to plug it in when I get home. Not working. Went ahead and canceled my old internet. Now I don’t have internet either. Waste of breath

I went in to upgrade my old phone and she allowed me to keep my old device for work with a new number for free and my upgraded new device to iPhone 17 Pro Max. She told me about the prorated charges and up cost fees so I will not have to be surprised at my 1st bill. She also told me about the free iPad promotion and I got that for my son. Thank you Sharon Anderson.

Despite having spent roughly 4 hours trying to get it all switched, Austin’s attitude never faltered. He was very pleasant and easy going— even missed his lunch to ensure this switch was completed, which I would like to note he said “no, I didn’t miss it, just really late for it.” Not only did he have to handle calling customer service for Verizon, but also the other provider… I think we can all agree multiple hours on the phone with them would have done us all in… but not Austin! Towards the end, Ms Sharon stepped in to assist and was sweet and funny. Many thanks to the team!
