  I went to cricket to cancel my service they never drafted my auto pay and would always turn my service off. They do this to make you come in and pay the extra fee. The tall black girl at the Pascagoula store is rude and don’t care to help at all. The Gautier store is even worst. The heavy set white girl supposedly the manager at the Gautier store was already into it with another customer when I walked inside that store and she took her problems out on me that day. So finally I drove around the world and back to finally find the ocean springs store. The lady calls her self a manager and flat out refuse to help me. The customer service is totally different at this location. It’s night and day from the Pascagoula, Gautier, and diiberville location. How is this so, when they are all cricket. The manager name Is Charlene in ocean springs and she is absolutely the best so far in my seven years of being with cricket. The best at customer service within the cricket stores. I told her the problem I had at the Gautier store and she called her boss and let me speak with him about how they treated me at the Gautier store. I told Charlene she should be a car salesman. Hahaha!!! I was so set on cancelling all my lines that day. She talked me into not cancelling my service!! I added an additional line for Wi-Fi for my boat and I upgraded my line other line. Her boss even waived the activation for me also. I had an iPhone 17 i was going to port back out with AT&T. I asked her did they buy back phones or trade in she told me. I was going to gift her the iPhone 17 but instead she called a friend at another competitor store and sent me to them to buy my iPhone 17 from me. Thanks to Charlene selfless acts and kindness her friend actually paid me $900 cash for my iPhone 17 i could not believe it. Thanks to her i didnt have to pay again to port my lines back to AT&T. I spoke with her and he waived my activation fees I was able to upgrade, add a line, get a totally separate line for my Wi-Fi for my boat and I made $900 that day. I made sure I went back in the store just to tell her how thankful I was for her and to keep up the good work. She could have kept the iPhone i didnt want it but instead she doubled my money for me. I told my son and daughter about her and they will be by to be a blessing to her. Im 73 years young and you should always treat people with kindness. I hope she sees this one day because I want her to know just how much of a blessing she was to me on that day. I hope cricket wireless really do read these reviews and they not AI generated messages because this is one employee who definitely deserves to be praised. She went above and beyond for me on this day. It may not mean much to some but it means a hell of a lot to me. Keep up the good work Charlene if you ever see this just know “Hard Work”, “Respect” & “Kindness” does go a long way!! Always remain kind and humble at all times. Gods got a blessing with your name on it!!

  The manager at this store is excellent. I came in store 3 times before I finally made my mind up and added a line to my account. I went in for one thing and a set price in mind and not only did Ms Charlene help me beat the other prices and offers I was able to leave with a free speaker. I sent my son and daughter in law in to switch over with her as well. My husband works offshore when he comes back in off the boat our entire family will be switching over. I had a bad experience at the pascagoula and gautier store and I refused to give any cricket wireless any of my money. Charlene was worth the drive twice to the ocean springs store even tho it took me forever to find the store location im glad we did. This is the type of customer service anyone should recieve when they step inside any store front location. Lol 😆 I asked her to come work for us. She told us yall don't business lines or I would have switched all 6 of my employee and business lines over from Verizon with her as well. By far exceptional 👏 customer service that came with a smile as well. Keep up the good work Ms Charlene 👏 👍

  Charlene is the store manager at the cricket wireless in ocean springs. She has always been super helpful to me and my family. She goes above and beyond to make her customers happy. Everytime I go inside the store she has a smile on her face and is very polite. I have wittness rude customers come and go and she never step out of character. If she dnt know something she will call her boss to get the answer. The lady is literally in the store every single day. I joked with her the other day asked how do she do it. She literally work 6 sometimes 7 days a week from open to close. I live in gautier and I always drive to ocean springs store for anything I need even if its just to pay a bill.

  The manager is awesome she will help you any way she can she drove all the way from ocean springs to Gautier to make sure I got everything I needed!!! Had a customer that was very rude that came in demanding her attention while she was helping us an wouldn't wait an she was trying to help them while helping us out an they got extremely rude with her cussing fussing an stormed out throwing threats an she handled it very professionally!!!!! If you ever need anything she will hook you up an help you out to the best of her ability!!! Thanks for all of your help!!!

  The manager Charlene is worthless! My 80 year old parents came in to fix an issue and she basically threw them out because she couldn't do her job. I was on the phone with my dad at the time and I heard the whole exchange. She was rude and flat out nasty! I have 5 phones with cricket but I am switching all 5 today. She needs to be fired! Update: After driving 90 miles to the coast I was able to get the situation fixed. Charlene called her boss, A.B. because she "didn't want to deal with" me or my mother. She was still rude to me and actually said my mother wasn't telling the truth. Keep in mind that I heard the conversation earlier. I recorded our whole exchange when I went into the store and will gladly share it with A.B. or the cricket bosses.
