- SHSteven Hanshaw3 days ago1.0The manager Charlene is worthless! My 80 year old parents came in to fix an issue and she basically threw them out because she couldn't do her job. I was on the phone with my dad at the time and I heard the whole exchange. She was rude and flat out nasty! I have 5 phones with cricket but I am switching all 5 today. She needs to be fired! Update: After driving 90 miles to the coast I was able to get the situation fixed. Charlene called her boss, A.B. because she "didn't want to deal with" me or my mother. She was still rude to me and actually said my mother wasn't telling the truth. Keep in mind that I heard the conversation earlier. I recorded our whole exchange when I went into the store and will gladly share it with A.B. or the cricket bosses.
