Because of a wrong phone number entered at their warehouse, the TV was delivered to the Best Buy in Mobile Al and sold to another customer. (That is what they say must have happened.). Best Buy has refused to refund my money or to give me another TV. I have spent hours and hours on the phone with them and even drove 70 miles back to the store where the TV was purchased. I spent 1 1/2 hours there. Everyone agreed that I did not receive the TV but NO ONE can solve the problem. The best they can come up with is "File a claim with UPS." I purchased that television while it was on sale and now that same set would cost about $100.00 more now. I want my TV. Why is that too much to ask? Do not even bother calling their help center. You will get employees that you can not understand and is located in Central America. I will never enter their doors again.
