Phone stores will lie to you like a used car salesman just to make a sale. Get it in writing if they offer you a deal or it never happened. I wish I could give them zero stars. went into the store to do a trade in from another carrier , left to find out the next day the sales person didn’t do my son phone as a trade in which made my bill $150 more , the sales people are terrible and offer know help at this location

You are better off getting AT&T. This is the worst place to deal with. I have been with Verizon for over 5 years and have yet to have an easy experience. Whether it be getting a new phone or activating service. The employees seem to know less about the phones than the public. I promise, you are better off choosing another phone provider than dealing with Verizon. Cancelling my service with this place
Update: despite sending me the wrong phone and taking over a week to update my phone, they have refused to send me my correct phone unless I pay them another $250. This place isn’t professional and now im stuck with an iPhone XR instead of my iPhone 16 that I am paying for. Absolutely horrible customer service and a lack of respect. Instead of making things right, they just want you to spend more money. You can comment back to all the bad reviews you want to but y’all obviously need new management

I was very disappointed with the customer service from this Verizon location. My husband transferred out service provider over from AT&T. I was out of town at the time and therefore the store shipped me a new phone. On review of the receipt, I noticed that we had accidentally purchase the basic 128gb phone instead of the 512gb I needed. As soon as the shipped phone arrived, I took it to the Madison store for exchange (I called in advanced to verify this wouldn’t be an issue and was told as long as I didn’t open the phone, it would be no problem). On arrival to the Madison store, I was not greeted by anyone despite being the only customer. I sought out help and explained what I needed. The manager then looked at the iPhone box and told me it had been opened. I assured him, I had not opened this phone and I have brought it straight to them after taking it out of the shipping package. He then continued to argue with me and told me he was not willing to help me as it was clear it had been opened and I would need to pay an additional restocking fee because he could not verify this was the product I was sent. My dissatisfaction does not stem from his unwillingness to exchange the product, rather his poor attitude and passive aggressive comments. I became frustrated and proceeded to drive to the Flowood location. The Floowood manager then looked into the issue and was quickly able to see that the Madison store had actually opened the product prior to shipping it to me in order to set it up with my account. Per the Flowood manager, this is not customary practice. The Flowood manager, and another incredible sales associate, Andrew, were quickly able to help me. They took the phone and returned it at no charge and got the proper phone ordered for me.
I strongly recommend the Flowood Verizon over this one. It’s worth the drive.
