  Verizon service went from the best to no good in my area. not sure why the change in quality but likely if you have Verizon service it's usually, mostly LTE in Madison/Ridgeland area. i paid for the premium Verizon 5gUW, which by the way, i rarely ever received. but after my phones were paid for, i received poor signal LTE mostly and super slow internet plus Verizon increased my service rate to match my phone payment + service charge. service steady went down. Verizon service got so bad if you are standing in one spot using your phone, Verizon service just drops out. Verizon service stays out until you cycle airplane mode - dozens of times per day it seems. unsure why the sudden change to horrible service, i went for help at this Verizon store several times. at this Verizon store the sales team is definitely not a service team. if you are not there to purchase a phone, you get brushed off. they likely won’t speak with you about service questions. they cannot diagnose service issues and cannot even direct you to Verizon support. even the Verizon computer for customer check in at the front door of this location is down. surely this is intentional. customers used to be able to make an appointment at Verizon.com or the app. i see that feature is gone now. Verizon has issues beyond this company store. not to knock the store too much, the employees probably are just barely trained sales people. i feel like the drop-outs working here are just doing the best with what they got. service issue definitely larger than this company store, it's a Verizon issue. the Verizon web page, chat, app, customer service number are all of no help as well. even the Verizon app is junk, every time you click on an option, you have to verify service? why? Verizon which was the best service really took a dump. maybe that is or isn’t the stores fault you judge. i feel they could have said Verizon cut out your plan, throttled it back, created new plans and hey right or wrong you need a new plan and you phone will work great again. that would be helpful. finally i gave up and just switched carriers. my new service is super fast, way cheaper and i got the same old phone i had before. so i guess my issue was the throttled back, overpriced Verizon service and the Verizon store not just telling me that.

  Called ahead of time and spoke with an associate, asked if they had a certain phone in stock. They said they had multiple in stock but when I get to the store the exact associate I spoke with then proceeded to tell me they didn’t have the phone in stock

  Phone stores will lie to you like a used car salesman just to make a sale. Get it in writing if they offer you a deal or it never happened. I wish I could give them zero stars. went into the store to do a trade in from another carrier , left to find out the next day the sales person didn’t do my son phone as a trade in which made my bill $150 more , the sales people are terrible and offer know help at this location
