Phone stores will lie to you like a used car salesman just to make a sale. Get it in writing if they offer you a deal or it never happened. I wish I could give them zero stars. went into the store to do a trade in from another carrier , left to find out the next day the sales person didn’t do my son phone as a trade in which made my bill $150 more , the sales people are terrible and offer know help at this location

You are better off getting AT&T. This is the worst place to deal with. I have been with Verizon for over 5 years and have yet to have an easy experience. Whether it be getting a new phone or activating service. The employees seem to know less about the phones than the public. I promise, you are better off choosing another phone provider than dealing with Verizon. Cancelling my service with this place
Update: despite sending me the wrong phone and taking over a week to update my phone, they have refused to send me my correct phone unless I pay them another $250. This place isn’t professional and now im stuck with an iPhone XR instead of my iPhone 16 that I am paying for. Absolutely horrible customer service and a lack of respect. Instead of making things right, they just want you to spend more money. You can comment back to all the bad reviews you want to but y’all obviously need new management

The customer service really needs improving. My husband and I walked in to pick up a phone we ordered online. The second we walked in, I noticed the store was empty except for 3 workers gathered at a table. They all turned their heads to look at us, and then went right back to chatting amongst themselves. Not a “welcome to our store” or a “how may I help you today?”. Not even a “hi, how are ya?”. Nothing.
We stood around for about 5 mins before we were finally helped by a guy that appeared out of the back of the store. His attitude was very short and dry. We tell him we’re here to pick up a phone. He goes to the back and another 5 mins later he comes out with phone in hand. He asks my husband for his id and before he can even pull it out of his wallet to hand it to him, he asks for his name. He then looks at the iPad in his other hand and says “well this says you’re not the authorized user”. My husband is understandably confused and tells him he was told by another store that he was the account manager. He then replies with “well that’s another store.. we’re corporate.” Which I’m thinking, what difference does that make? He should still be an authorized user no matter what store he goes to. My husband then asks “how was I able to update our phone?” He couldn’t give us a straight answer.
He then finally gets around to telling us the authorized user’s name, which of course is my husbands alt name, which is also on his id, which he would’ve known if he had looked at it before he started asking questions. Just unnecessary trouble that could’ve easily been avoided if he had done what he said he was going to do in the first place.
