    I had a very positive experience with C Spire in Madison while upgrading to a fiber bundle with an added business line. Regency Sayles was knowledgeable, professional, and efficient throughout the process. She clearly explained my options, handled the setup smoothly, and made sure everything was configured correctly for my business. The entire upgrade was straightforward and well managed. I would recommend C Spire’s Madison location, and Regency in particular, to anyone considering fiber or business services.

    I visited the C Spire in Madison, Mississippi today and it was one of the worst customer experiences ever. When I walked in the door, I was not greeted or spoken too so I sat down, after about 30 minutes of waiting and being passed over by other customers who arrived later than me, an employee asked me if I needed help and asked me if I signed in the I-pad at the front of the store. I informed her that I had not and she asked why, I stated that I didn't know that I needed to sign in and if there were a sign or an employee saying to sign in, I would have. I asked the employee to help me transfer my phone number to a new phone that I recently purchased from Samsung and I paid the required fee. I was told that the process may take an hour and that I could just come back or sit back down and wait. Well I had waited for 30 minutes and I stated I would just come back. I left and came back about an hour later, and I once again, had to wait to be seen. After about 20 minutes, I walked to the employee and asked if my phone was completed. I was told that it was not and that I could wait until the phone is completed. Since I was told that I had to wait again, I went over to Starbucks and got a cup of coffee, and came back and sat down. While sitting, once again no one spoke, or even acknowledged that I was there and I did not see the employee anymore and all the other employees were leaving after they finished with their customers. I saw someone whom I assumed was a manager or a greeter and she seemed to be having a great time and she spoke to everyone in the store (customers and employees both) but me.  She had clearly seen me in the store earlier with the employee who was assisting me and as I was walking up to approach her and address my concerns, she turned and walked away and into the back and I did not see her again. After waiting for another 15 minutes, as there was only 2 employees left, the one employee who was actually still helping a customer, asked me if I needed help and I told her I was there waiting on my phone. As I said that the other employee walked in the back, got my phone and handed it to me and told me I should finish transferring my information at home and that all I had to do is hook it up to my wifi. However once I got home, the information will not download and now I am stuck with only partial information from my previous phone and I will be going back to have my information finished, on Monday.  This store and maybe this company seems to be ran very poorly, and to leave a store feeling as frustrated and upset as I am now, is unacceptable especially after being a loyal customer for over 20 years.

    Walked into this store and was not addressed. I stood there for like 10 minutes and no one never said “hey we’ll be with you in a second” . It was a black girl that is an employee standing they taking a person call rolling her eyes . Just unprofessional but hey look at the previous reviews .

    When a female employee of Cspire (whose arm was in a sling) tells a customer she won’t answer a question until they sign in to an iPad, when she’s clearly not doing anything but just standing at a table…and has enough breath in her lungs to direct customers away from her and is not willing to give much direction to the customers who needed guidance on where said iPad was located… is clearly not someone who is worried about keeping customers or keeping her job. There is enough selfish people in the world. She needs to do better. And CSpire should do better to hire people who give a damn about the keeping you in business.
