  When a female employee of Cspire (whose arm was in a sling) tells a customer she won’t answer a question until they sign in to an iPad, when she’s clearly not doing anything but just standing at a table…and has enough breath in her lungs to direct customers away from her and is not willing to give much direction to the customers who needed guidance on where said iPad was located… is clearly not someone who is worried about keeping customers or keeping her job. There is enough selfish people in the world. She needs to do better. And CSpire should do better to hire people who give a damn about the keeping you in business.

  I bought a phone and a plan yesterday with CSpire in Madison. The woman I spoke to on the phone was very pleasant and helpful and went out of her way to make sure all of my questions were answered. My problems started in-person at the Madison location. I was greeted by Iliana and I told her I was there to pick up my phone which I had already purchased. Iliana was skeptical and her annoyance was palpable, and it was clear she didn’t want to help me. At one point, she blatantly asked me why I “didn’t buy my phone with her” and opted to use a customer service representative. Iliana huffed, scoffed, groaned, and rolled her eyes several times during our interaction. She could not be bothered to clean my screen before she put the protector on, and now there’s a huge dirt spot in the middle of my screen. I’ll have to buy another one and do it myself. When I asked Iliana if I could cancel a phone case that I had ordered, she called what I assumed was her superiors, which I appreciated. After she hung up, however, she quickly handed me my things and told me to have a nice day, failing to address the issue further. Iliana’s attitude was unpleasant and made me very uncomfortable. She was unwilling to put in much effort to serve me, and displayed open annoyance and at times hostility during our interaction. I will try not to return to this location, but if I must, I will definitely avoid Iliana!
