This place is a joke. I needed help to resolve an issue with a smart tv. Nobody in the store knew anything about the issue, but they all said one of the Geek Squad guys named Leroy did.
He told me that what I was looking for wouldn’t work(turns out it was exactly what I needed) and sold me something else.
That product caused my tv to stop working entirely in every way and now it’s a giant paperweight.
The icing on the cake is that they want me to pay $130 for them to come to my house to diagnose the problem. The problem that their “expert” caused.
You can’t get them on the phone. And you can’t get the foreigner at the call center to transfer you to the store or tech support.
Just the same people that don’t speak English well, asking the same dumb questions. They transfer you to another person who does the same thing.
Never again. Also while ringing me up I got signed up for some membership that they didn’t even tell me about.

Well, I had a new computer that was stuck on Microsoft. Josh, in the Geek Squad, fixed it perfectly. I'm very happy now!
