The young man working the service desk for online pickups at 1PM on 2/06/26 could really use some training on how to be courteous to his customers (aka- the reason he has a job). Being rude to the customer from the moment they are approached until the transaction is completed should not be something tolerated in an employee.

I made a same day pickup order. Hours had past, and order was still not ready. The customer service rep was rude, offered no solutions, and at one point just stared at me. Is this how this location treats their customers? I recommend going to the other location. They are much more courteous and helpful.
