Picked put phone and was never asked if I wanted it setup in store. I usually do it myself but was like cool, going above and such so I let her. Got home and finished setting up because I didn't have 45 min to watch the transfer from one phone to the new. Got home and was putting away all the extras I bought and noticed a 40 dollar service charge for the "phone setup" I never asked for, nor was I told about the fee. Shameful.
