Definitely DROPPING CSpire. They are apparently too stupid to understand that when a customer calls from a phone NOT PROVIDED BY C SPIRE IT MEANS THAT THE PIECE IS JUNK THEY PROVIDED DOESN'T WORK ANYMORE! I NEED TO SPEAK TO A LIVING PERSON NOT GET A TEXT ON A PHONE THAT DOESN'T WORK
