  Torrie did an amazing job helping me understand everything when I made my switch to Verizon. Helped me find a promotion that allowed me update to an iPhone 17! I was stuck with a iPhone 13 for forever. I absolutely recommend working with this location. I knew nothing about what to do and she walked me through every step. Thanks so much!!

  The chick with more piercings than Jesus lied to me and when I came back up to the store to talk to her why my bill was way higher she wasn't there an another person got in my account and tried to assist me and that person said I am sorry but you might have misunderstood her. I asked for my the person who sold me everything name and wasn't given the name and was told instead you have all that in your email. First off that was super rude to even say that so i left fustrated and mad When I got home I got my computer and looked at my email and there was nothing there from them. So then I called back up there and they say we'll we can print your receipt. I then asked them why they didn't print it when I was there and nothing but silence and then got hung up on. 0/5 this place used to be good but it has went downhill. You should Only come here if you want lies and want to talk to rude people and want to get hung up on. I will never come back to this store. I have never had a more worse experience.

  Went in to get a Apple Watch. Simple right? Wrong, I was told that activation fee would be waived due to a promotion and my bill would only go up the price for a new line and installments of watch. Got my first bill and they took it upon themselves to add insurance to each of my lines without discussing this with neither me nor my wife. Called customer service and they were hesitant to take it off but reluctantly said that they would credit my bill.

  torie is by far the most helpful phone store associate i’ve ever dealt with 🙌🏼 she helped me with my internet, get me the promo going along with it plus the promotional bill credit at the time, helped me get my perks set up and answered all the questions i had plus some! so polite, helpful and knowledgeable and if she didn’t know it - she was on top of finding out the answer 🥳 i will be going back to this location specifically for her assistance on anything i need from now on!
