It broke my heart to see the elderly people trying to go in just to pay their phone bill in the door was locked. No sign on the door except for the one that said open Monday through Saturday from 10 to 6. I am very disappointed in this store and absolutely wish something could be done about this irresponsibility. They lost us as a customer and we have been with them for over 20 years.
