Went into this store to resolve and was told they can’t help me and I needed to call customer service. On the phone with customer service for 30 minutes who said I needed to file a claim with ups. Ups said they can’t accept claim because verizon doesn’t allow it. Do not buy from this store.

The integrity of the older African American gentleman that helped us turned our day around after being on a 2 hour wild goose chase! (We failed to ask for a name, but he deserves his props!) He told us exactly what would fix our issue, where to start, and walked us through the process of setting it up at home, saving us potentially hundreds of dollars. Both of us are Verizon account holders, and will be for a long time thanks to this experience! The staff there is incredibly helpful and very kind, highly recommend going to this store when you have tech issues!
