This place will make you wait awhile just to tell you they don’t have the part so they can keep your phone until the part comes in. I’m not leaving my phone with some random company and pay extra. The tech tried to say it was apple’s policy but when I mentioned that Apple support was supposed to be calling me and one of their techs can talk to someone who actually works for Apple, they changed their minds and it was now a c-spire policy. Make up your minds. I’m not leaving my phone for 3-7 days when I live alone in a sketchy area. “Oh yea, let me just leave any possible way of contacting emergency services” that’s sounds ridiculous. No one in their right mind would do that.

She nickle and dimed my elderly mother in anyway she could. She did not respect the fact that elderly people do not understand or use technology like a younger generation does. It’s taken 2 hours to get an upgraded phone and transfer data. This is incompetence on a whole new level.
