One sales person floor. No one came to assist. I was ready to buy, but got no assistance. Waited 10 minutes still no one came even after being paged. No sale for you! Good bye Best Buy, hello Target or Walmart.

Booked an appointment for an iPhone battery replacement and was told upon arrival that the repair could not be completed that day because technicians were already working on other phones. I was advised to book another appointment for the following day and was told it would likely be done then.
I followed their recommendation, booked a second appointment, and returned — only to be given the exact same explanation again. There was no advance call, no update, no acknowledgment that I had already made a wasted trip the day before, and no apology.
If technician capacity is limited, that should be reflected in the scheduling system. An appointment should represent a realistic service commitment, not a placeholder dependent on workload at the moment a customer shows up.
Two confirmed appointments resulted in zero service and two unnecessary trips. The lack of communication and accountability is extremely disappointing.

We were greeted when we walked in, but we were just browsing. It wasn't hard to find someone willing and knowledge to help us when we had narrowed a decision down to a couple of different products. Staff was very friendly and helpful. If we need another electronic item or maybe even an appliance we will consider them first!

The installation of my new Sony 65" BRAVIA 8 (XR80) OLED TV was outstanding. I couldn’t have asked for better service than what I received from Kevin Todd and his grandson, Austin. They did an excellent job mounting the television exactly where I wanted it. Throughout the process, they were professional, courteous, and even took the time to clean up thoroughly afterward. I would highly recommend them for any installation work.

I bought at laptop on Black Friday for. Christmas gift. It came in on December 4th, but my husband did not open it until Christmas. When he did, it did not work. I live and go ur and a half away and tried to take it back tonight, because I was in town. They told me I only had 60 days to return it. We haven’t had it 60 days. I always drive it and spend a lot of money with them on Black Friday. They do NOT care. They didn’t even offer to help try to fix it. The young lady at the register wanted to help, but the manager made it very clear she was not going to help and she did not care. Do NOT trust them with your money. They told me only corporate could help. When I called corporate, and they told me the store should have offered to let the Geek Squad look at it to see if it could be fixed and that it should have been the store that offered to help.
