First off let’s take a moment to recognize all customers service employees during the holidays— especially the ones who don’t get to tell unruly, disrespectful, lying, and condescending customers to stick it. They are severely under-paid and over worked (retired now, but worked in the business). But ya’ll aren’t here for my ramble of miserable Karen’s/Kens. I’ve been a loyal customer of Verison for a couple years (since Nam). I’ve have wonderful experiences with people there like Mike and Brooke. Both had always been so helpful, caring, respectful, and knowledgeable. You don’t see that type of worth ethic anymore. I don’t go to any store except that one because of the workers. Keep doing what you all do best!
