    After being loyal on auto pay for over 4 years, Verizon sent a notice that they were removing my loyalty discount. This was the only reason I chose to go with them after having cSpire for over 12 years. So that was going to add $25 extra amonth to my bill putting 2 phone lines at $160 a month. Do they think I'm stupid? And they tried to bully my into changing my plan to pay even more and lose my Disney/Espn/ Hulu bundle that was in my original unlimited plan. Then it gets better. I dug through my bills. They took away my $10 auto pay discount to give me a $5 autopay discount instead? Never caught that. Also My phones are paid for without contracts and we have insurance thru Samsung. I told them to remove any insurance on the account. So in addition to the $5 extra I was also paying $8 more a month for nothing. So to get the notice this month my loyalty discount was going away with the only excuse that it was they decided to "expired" it which was never mentioned upon signing up... I'm Furious. After wasting hours on chat messages, on the phone with multiple people, then as a last resort going into this store who didn't seem to care I mentioned leaving because of the extra $25 a month starting next month for being a "valued customer"???? WORST PHONE COMPANY EVER. WILL NEVER GIVE THEN BUSINESS AGAIN. THEIR REPRESENTATIVES, IF YOU DON'T HANG UP AFTER BEING ON HOLD FOREVER, ARE TERRIBLE. MOST DON'T UNDERSTAND ENGLISH AND THINK YOU ARE STUPID I GUESS THINKING ID BE OK HAVING MY PLAN CHANGED TO LOSE PERKS AND STILL PAY MORE FOR THE SAME SERVICE? I WILL REFRAIN FROM USING THE WORDS THAT BETTER EXPRESS HOW I FEEL RIGHT NOW. I WILL NOT BE TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF AND BULLIED.

    Family was refused service and were told they would be forcibly removed because of not having a mask on. ABSOLUTE TRASH!! Very simple to provide masks to customers if you require them in the store. Then to threaten to remove people...BBB will be contacted as well.
