10/10!!! I had the best experience here. A big shout out to the guy who helped us the other night named JAMAL !!!!!!!!! He was GREAT and should be recognized for how patient and down to earth he was GIVE THIS GUY A PROMOTION OR SOMETHING! He was so helpful I had a store pickup and I arrived late.. but he didn’t make me feel rushed or anything I had a ton of questions and he answered everything with the best attitude THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!! I made this my preferred store to shop !! You should to ask for JAMAL!!

I am conflicted as to how to rate this review. If I'm reviewing Verizon it's 0 stars. Their Internet service is AWFUL!! I often have to use my phones hotspot to watch tv. I have been going back and forth with them for almost a year trying to get it right and nothing has changed. It is TRASH. I'm now being billed an exorbitant amount, 2k for not even 2 months😳, for Internet usage and trying to get that situation sorted is causing added and unnecessary stress in my life. Who needs that? Not I !! BUT, if I am reviewing James and the customer service I received from him today, it's 5 stars. Verizon, James is your saving grace as far as I'm concerned. Because, let me say this again, your Internet service is TRASH.

They have pickup lockers in the store. So you can help yourself and pick up a new phone/accessories without having to wait on anyone

I plan on swapping to Verizon. I've been with AT&T for about 20 years. I just can't take their customer service "if you can call it that" anymore. I hear Verizon has really good service and I'll update if not.
