Unfortunately, that store has poor management and customer service. We ended up driving from our home in Madison over to the Flowood location where we met a young man named Andrew. Andrew was phenomenal at his job. He instantly was able to figure out the issue that we were attempting to work through. He quickly resolved our issue and did so with an incredible attitude and smile on his face. Please seek out Andrew for any needs you may have! In the future, we will drive the extra 20 minutes to this location solely based off of the incredible customer service we received
