  Please find another carrier. Don't waste your time with cricket. My fiance has the insurance through asurion and we can't get any help. We called the cricket store and her exact words were "we can't do anything on our end to help you." Okay, well then why do you all do business with asurion anyway?

  I shopped at the Flowood store today I needed a new phone and I just want to say I received EXCELLENT service. The young lady that helped me named LORIEL was AWESOME, she answered all my questions and was very informative and patient with me. This will definitely be my go to Cricket store from now on...
