The geek squad is horrible all I wanted was to get a screen protector for my eye pad . So I am waiting in my wheel chair for assistance a young lady came out took my receipt went in the back took for ever to come back then a manager came out by that time iam hot because she took so long then came out with a attitude on top of that the screen protector had a bubble in it !!! So I tried to get a store manager to come over then he was to busy then finally another young my came and helped me out I just spent $250 dollars in best buy and this is how a disabled person gets treated!! Buyer's beware!!!!

The staff tries to upsell you at check out to the Best Buy Plus Membership for $50 a year. They add it automatically and you have to tell them to remove it.
