This Best Buy may as well be a scam center. I’m a Best Buy member was sold on that by being told that if I buy a tv geek squad will come mount it if your member! That was a lie. $200 something dollars later my tv is crooked and I have to take it down and fix it myself. Couldn’t get them to come back. Bought a extra warranty for a monitor that covered “accidental damage” I bring the monitor in due to accidental damage after 10 minutes of standing there and having to loudly ask my question I was told nope it doesn’t cover it. So I then go buy the same monitor and the lady at the front tried to sell me the same warranty that covered “accidental damage” so I start laughing go ask the geek squad why she’s trying to sell me that warranty and she basically said the girl was wrong and no it doesn’t cover accidental damage. So I’ve been lied to and scammed by Best Buy. God forbid you try to ask for help. I’ll be making all my purchases online through newegg and i canceled my Best Buy membership. Nothing but a scam to take extra money. Oh and ur membership automatically comes with warranty on most things but yet they’ll try to sell you an extra warranty that does nothing different. Just as bad as a scam center.

Absolute worst customer service ever! I will never buy anything else here EVER! I’ll drive to another state before I spend another dime in this raggedy place! If I could give it negative stars I would!! BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!! Good luck with a return on a product that was recently purchased that was defective!! $400 later I’m stuck with it!

5 stars for the man who helped me with a warranty repair issue. He wore glasses and came over to help the cashier with processing a warranty issue is all I know. He was very professional and knowledgeable. The Geek Squad employee really needs to work on her professionalism and keep personal feelings/comments about coworkers to herself. Customers aren't there for that.

Just don't use this store. I had a fine experience with the appliance side of things, but every other experience I've had here has been horrible. This is the closest store to me and I drove in a half hour to pre order a game in person here solely because I wanted to get their specific pre order bonus. I talked with the employee who took my order and made this clear, asking if I was set to get the bonus. Prior to the order I called the phone number and spoke to three different people for unrelated things and each time I asked to make sure I was set to get that same bonus when the game released. Everyone I talked to looked at the order and said yet I was set for it. Come release day the bonus is nowhere to be seen. The POS manager just looked at it and said its too bad you should have made sure it was on the order beforehand. When I explained that I did with multiple people the response was essentially "we don't know how to train our employees, and that's your problem. Why are you upset about it?" I immediately returned the game on the spot for a refund since the whole reason I bought it there was that bonus, and bought it in a much more convenient location on the way home. I will not be going to this store ever again, even if I need an appliance. The staff was unknowledgeable and the manager was apathetic at best. You will have a much better experience buying online or at a different retailer entirely.
