- RLRoberta LadnerJul 27, 20251.0I had 2 appointments for geek squad to come look at my home computer. Both times they sent a text saying I didn't have an appointment so they wouldn't be over when it was time for them to come. No! I had a service number or order number! So I called the home office number and they want to reschedule another 2 weeks away. I said no, refund my $$ and I will go somewhere else. This is not the 1st time I have had problems with the Geek squad. Since when do you have to pay $165 upfront when you make the appointment?! Something not right about this. Then have to wait 7-10 days to get your credit. Geek squad is a rip off and not reliable. I will never call them again.
