    I would like to take the time to highlight Mrs Sarah customer service attention to detail and her compassion for her job. Yesterday I was in a bit of a pickle. I had to come in and exchange my laptop right before my flight as it was the last day to do an exchange. While on the phone I explained to her that I’d be coming in a rush after work due to having to make my airport flight, she immediately assured me that everything would be fine. She looked up my purchase order while on the phone with me, went and got the laptop so when I came into Best Buy, the laptop was already sitting at customer service waiting for me to make a smooth transition to easily exchange it. I explained to her that I had some problems with the laptop, and she was very, very good with her customer service, attention to the detail, and overall just taking care of me as a customer so thank you Sarah.
