    Staff was helpful, but our first meeting was not sure what you had would help us. Did not want to order and have things sent to us, for fear it would not arrive before we left the area. Day two was in knowing what we needed. Staff was good at answering questions, but I guess I was not knowledgeable enough to ask right questions. Will be back in tomorrow as Old cables did not match up with connections on new DVD player. I did get new swivel bracket and new TV mounted today.

    Seems to truly be a geek squad at this location. We have been in this store a few times in the recent past and could not get any help. Ask someone for help and was told they would get someone and no one shows up. This week needed battery replaced in phone and it was a circus on both visits. Seems if you know about gaming you get their full attention but if you come for a service not so much. Make an appointment time and that is a joke. I will say there are some chairs so after a long wait you may get to use one. I did see a couple trying to do all the work but unfortunately they were not assigned me. There are plenty of employees in the store but apparently they are supposed to just observe something. I would say new managers could help this location tremendously.
