- LBLouise BatesJan 8, 20261.0I went to this location only because a tech in Gulfport store was unavailable. This was for a battery change under AppleCare+ plan. I had only options to go here or Best Buy or Apple in Metairie. So I decided to go here even though I have cell service thru Verizon. So got there, Josh checked and yes had my battery. Picked up phone an hour later. Didn’t think to check it out good even though I drove almost an hour to get there😳🙄..he even said battery almost dead because they are shipped like that. (My phone was working fine before except for the max cap below 80% that’s why I was offered battery service) Now I can’t even use Face ID (says try again later), under the care plan it’s saying still being serviced, and then I find out now I can’t make a phone call unless it’s on speakerphone. So not sure if I would trust them to work on your stuff!! Granted it’s only an iPhone 11 but I’m happy with it, or I was until now. For this guy to screw up my phone like this is uncalled for. Apple support is shocked at this level of expertise lacking and is replacing my phone, that’s the only good thing.

I recently needed a new phone and Erick couldn't have been more helpful, knowledgeable and polite. If you need help finding a new phone or changing carrier save yourself the time and a headache, go to the D'Iberville C-Spire store.
