But the 2 ladies that helped me choose a replacement for my Samsung S10e were great. They helped me upgrade to a better plan, and set up my new phone which wasn't easy with a dead phone that we couldnt transfer from and the fact that I have no memeory of passwords. We also had some laughs about how old my phone was and no wonder it died.
