One employee was more focused on her own phone than assisting anyone, and another was literally eating at the front desk in full view of customers, completely acting like we were a bother. There was zero professionalism, no greeting, no attempt to help — just a group of people who clearly didn’t care about their jobs or the customers walking in. We felt very unwelcome at a store before. If you value your time and want decent service, go to a different location like Starkville.
