I you have aproblem, they are always there and your employee John is oneof.the best, if not the best helper with a phone I have ever experienced and I've dealt with cell.phones since 1997. He goes beyond the last mile to help and explain if you have a problem. There are so many people that travel from my location in alabama to go to Cricket, because they know when they get there, John is going to make the problem go away and they are going home happy. I'll take cricket always and we want everyone to know that their employee, John, will ALWAYS have his customers go home happy and confident that he has taken care of the situation.
