The sales lady saw what time it was and said sorry we are closing but please come back tomorrow and she'll get me taken care of. That didn't impress me, but what impressed me less is when I actually went back, stood waiting for 1/2 hour, then the same lady tells me she didn't have the phones in stock to begin with. She just assumed she could change my mind the next day. Then when I said no and was leaving, she actually tried talking my wife into a plan after I said no after being lied to. I hate being lied to, and to have this lady try and get my wife to go against what I said was terrible. Like she would side with a sales lady over me, after she is the one who lied to me to begin with.
