She also helped me upgrade a phone, get off AT&T and switch my old phone to a new number, whi l e keeping my current number. It took days, considering all the things AT&T had us do and she always made sure I was okay and followed up to help me. She was amazing!

I had to take my 3 year old with me and they were patient and very understanding. It was a very family friendly environment plus every employee my son and I interacted with were so extremely kind and helpful. I usually get all my new devices at a different location but I really “needed” the newest iPhone with the 512GB of storage and they were the only store in 60 miles to have exactly what I wanted. I am very thankful they did because now after the amazing interactions I’ve had I will make sure to ALWAYS buy all my devices from this location. I would like to give a huge shout out and Thank You to both Austin’s as well as the rest of the staff!!
