    Went in on Sunday afternoon and told the worker we were wanting to switch our provider to Verizon. He gave little to no information. When asked about promotions or any upgrades when we join, he said they offered nothing. Even though when I checked online, after leaving, it said they offered multiple promos. He had AirPods in and had to keep asking someone stuff throughout also while messing with his tablet and not engaging with us. Also the store smelled funny.

    Great experience working with Blaine at this Washington location. I had been quoted incorrect prices/information at a different location but Blaine took his time and did his very best to get me the best price available. He was great at explaining what to expect on my next bill. Great customer service!
