I was told they carried very few iPhones but they did have the 17 Pro max and I was quoted $8/month for it. I asked for a written document that stated the agreement was $8/month for the device but was reassured it would show in my Verizon app account. After the deal, the only document I received was an estimate of my next month’s bill and that stated my device was going to be $33/month. I went to the Washington location and was told there was not any promotion that the 17 Pro Max would be only $8/month. The Washington manager was kind enough to work with me and get it down to $23/month but that is still very aggravating. I know the difference between $8 and $33 (or $23) doesn’t seem much on a monthly basis but over the course of 3 years, it means paying $1188 (or $828) versus the quoted $288. Don’t waste your time going in this store!
