- EEErinJul 30, 20251.0We've been trying to resolve billing credits that were promised by the store manager in Dec 2024. She and her replacement manager quit. The new manager passed me on to their regional manager, Dominque Lawrence. Repeated phone calls and messages. No response. Even told to call a different store on a Friday to reach her, only to be told thart she stopped in early and was now on vacation for 10 days. We are going over 8 weeks of nothing and back and forth. If I could leave less than 1 star, I would. The customer service and lip service at this store are ridiculous. We will probably be changing back to T-Mobile (never wanted you guys in the first place) Also dont ask me to call your customer service to waste 1.5 hours of my time, asked to login to "the portal" and create my own ticket to hopefully be called back in 24 hours. That's your job!
